Shipping Policy
Overview
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Krutiv. Krutiv is a brand owned and operated by Vision Sales & Services. All orders placed on our website are processed and fulfilled through our print-on-demand manufacturing and logistics partner. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this shipping policy.
Krutiv works with third-party print-on-demand manufacturing partners to fulfill your order; however, your purchase contract is solely with Vision Sales & Services, who remains responsible for resolving any order issues.
1. Shipment Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, as each item is custom-printed specifically for your order rather than shipped from pre-made stock.
- Orders are not processed, shipped, or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
- During periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer than the stated window. If your order is delayed beyond 5 business days from the date of purchase, we will proactively contact you via email or phone with an updated timeline.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
- We currently ship across India only.
- Estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch (not from the date of order placement), depending on your location and local courier accessibility. This is an estimate only and not a guaranteed delivery date. Actual delivery may vary due to courier network conditions, weather, regional restrictions, or other circumstances outside our control.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and/or SMS with your tracking number.
- Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.
4. Pricing & Taxes
- All prices listed on our website are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless otherwise stated.
- As we currently ship only within India, no customs duties or import charges apply to your order.
5. Damages, Misprints, or Loss During Transit
- We work with our fulfillment and logistics partners to deliver every order safely and accurately. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incomplete, this is covered under our Return, Replacement and Refund Policy.
- To file a valid claim, you must email krutiv@zohomail.in within 7 days of the delivery date, along with a continuous, uncut unboxing video and clear photographs of the issue, as detailed in our Return, Replacement and Refund Policy. Please do not discard any packaging or damaged items until your claim has been resolved.
- Claims submitted without the required unboxing video, or after the 7-day window, cannot be verified or accepted.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address & Delivery Failures
- You are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including the correct PIN code, landmark, and a reachable contact number, at the time of checkout.
- We are not liable for delivery failures, delays, or packages returned to origin (RTO) that result from an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address, or from the recipient being unavailable to receive the package after reasonable delivery attempts by the courier.
- If a package is returned to origin due to a customer-provided error, the original shipping and production cost is non-refundable. To reship the order, the customer will need to pay applicable reshipping charges. If the customer does not wish to reship, no refund will be issued for production and shipping costs already incurred, as the item was custom-manufactured for that order.
7. Grievance Redressal
If you experience an unresolved issue related to shipping or delivery, you may escalate it to our Grievance Officer at krutiv@zohomail.in, marking the subject line “Grievance — Order [Order Number].” We will acknowledge your grievance within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 30 days, in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
8. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Customers may also approach the National Consumer Helpline (1915) or file a complaint via the e-daakhil portal under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
